What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, PayPal. If you choose to pay by credit card, you will use one of the agents/retailers we employ: 2Checkout, Clickbank or PayPal (you do not need a PayPal account to send a credit card payment through PayPal). Additionally, a bank transfer to a European-based bank is an option. You can contact our support team for more details if you wish to pay by bank.

How can I obtain a receipt or invoice?

If you send a payment by credit card or PayPal, you will receive a receipt from the billing/retailer agent by email shortly after making the payment. If this does not suit your needs and you need an official company invoice, you can contact our support team after sending the payment and they will issue you an invoice.

How do I become a WEBS-INN client?

First, you must choose the appropriate package for you from our order page: https://www.webs-inn.com//hosting/personal If you already have a domain, you must choose the option "Use my already registered domain". You must complete all required fields in the order form and must accept our Terms of Use (by checking the corresponding box). On the next page, you will see a summary of your order and can confirm it. In Step 3, you must choose one of the available payment methods. Then you will be redirected to the respective billing agent or authorized retailer site, where you can send your service payment.

I placed an order several hours ago, but I haven't received account details. What should I do?

If you haven't received your welcome email, you can first check your spam/junk folder to see if it was mistakenly received there. If not, you can contact our support team at support@suresupport.com, or complete the contact form on our site. We will resend the welcome message immediately.

What personal data do you store? Are my personal data safe?

We only store data that is vital for the proper functioning of our systems: name, address, user logins, related logs. Of course, your data will never be shared with third parties.

How do I register a domain with you? Can I request only domain registration without hosting?

You can register a domain with us by requesting a hosting account along with the domain registration, choosing the "New domain" option on the order page. We do not offer domain registration without hosting services. We focus on hosting services and offer domain registration only to simplify things for our customers, so they can pay for their hosting and domain services in a single plan.

How long does it take for my domain name to be registered and active on the Internet?

If you request a new domain name with your hosting account, it will be registered immediately after we open your account and will be accessible within a few hours. If you already own a domain name and point it by configuring the DNS server with the values we provide in the welcome email, it will start pointing to our servers between 24 and 48 hours after the DNS change.

How can I transfer my domain name to your registry?

For a transfer to be successful, several conditions must be met:

1. The domain name must be at least 60 days old, i.e., two months must have passed since its registration before a transfer can be made.

2. The domain name must not be expired. If your domain name recently expired, you must renew it with the current registry before it can be transferred.

3. Since transfers can take several days to complete, you must ensure there is sufficient time until expiration. We recommend you start transferring your domain name at least 15 days before expiration. The transfer procedure will fail if the domain name expires during the process.

4. Each domain name has a status that is maintained in the global registry. The domain name must not be locked, otherwise it cannot be transferred. The current registry can change the status, so you would need to contact them if this is the case.

5. We would need the EPP key (or "authorization code") of the domain name to send a transfer request.

6. This key can be provided by the current registry. When a request is made for domain name transfer, an email requesting confirmation is sent to the domain name's administrative contact. If you are the domain name owner, you must ensure that the administrative contact's email address in the WHOIS database is active and you have access to it, so you can approve the transfer.

7. If you decide to transfer a domain name to us, you can contact our support team for more details and to initiate the transfer. The transfer procedure will not interrupt the domain name's operation in any way, and your website and email will be functioning at all times. We will notify you as soon as the transfer is complete.

I want to transfer my domain name to another registry. How can I do this?

If you want to transfer your domain name to another registry, you must ensure there is sufficient time until your domain name expires. Transfers usually take several business days. We recommend you start transferring a domain name at least 15 days before its expiration. You can contact our support team to unlock the domain and send you the EPP code.

I have my domain name registered with another company. How can I use it with your hosting account?

You can point the domain name to your hosting account with us by changing its nameservers in the current registry. We will send you the nameserver addresses you will need after registering for an account. Once you change the nameservers, DNS will need some time to update globally. This process is called DNS propagation. Once it is complete, your domain name will point to your hosting account with us.

How can I contact your sales team?

Although we do not have a dedicated sales team, you can always contact our support staff for sales-related assistance. They will answer all your questions about presales, billing, or upgrades.

Do you offer recurring charges/automatically renew my account?

We do not automatically charge our customers. In fact, we do not store any credit card data. When it's time for renewal, we will send you a notification by email and you will need to send your renewal payment. We start sending renewal notifications 30 days before the expiration date.

How long would it take to open the hosting account?

Once you complete the account order and send the payment, the account opening will take several minutes. You will receive a welcome email for the hosting account to the email address you specified in the account order.

How can I add/request additional domains for my hosting account?

If you want to have a hosting account with multiple domains pointing to it, you must first open your hosting account with one of the domains. After opening the account, you can add domain names through the Domain Parking section of the hosting control panel. Note that parked domains are complete aliases of the main domain: they open the same content and share the same mailboxes.

What information would you put in WHOIS if I request a domain?

We are required to provide global registration information about each domain name owner. According to ICANN rules, this information is visible in the domain's WHOIS. Information about who is responsible for domain names is publicly available to enable quick resolution of technical issues and to enable compliance with consumer protection laws, trademarks, and other laws.

If I register a domain name through you, who will be the owner?

You will be the legitimate owner of the domain name and we will be your service provider. As the legitimate owner, you will be able to change its contact information, point it to other hosting service providers, or transfer it to other domain name service providers.

What top-level domains can I register with you?

We can register .com, .net, .org, .us, .biz, .info, .eu and .de domains. We can also host any other top-level domain, but you will need to register the domain name yourself with a domain name registrar that supports this TLD.

What is domain name parking?

Additional domain names can be pointed to your hosting account with us, and this is called "domain name parking". For example, if you have an account for domain.com and you want other domain names, such as domain2.com, domain3.com, etc., to open the same website, you can park them in your account. Emails sent to @domain2.com addresses are forwarded to the corresponding email accounts in domain.com. Note that these domain names must also be registered first with some company, and their DNS servers must be changed to the correct values.

What is the difference between transferring domain name registration and pointing the domain to your service?

In the first case, you will have both your hosting account and your domain name registration managed by us. If your domain name only points to our service, we will be your web hosting provider, but you will have to pay another company for the domain name registration and maintenance.

Is WEBS-INN an accredited domain registrar?

WEBS-INN is not an ICANN-accredited registrar. We register our customers' domains with the ICANN-accredited registrar Enom.com.
